While it has cost her quite a lot of money, she may get this back in spades.
Before her surgery, the model opened a waiting list on her OnlyFans for whoever wanted to see her new hymen once it was healed.
She will ‘reveal’ the new look to these fans in November.
‘I receive several messages every day from followers asking to experience the moment of my “first time” on OnlyFans,’ Elisa said.
‘And having my hymen reconstructed was already something I was thinking about.
‘Only a few selected people will be able to see from the beginning of November, many people are excited.’
Despite her eagerness about having the procedure, Elisa says she still has to deal with criticism.
‘My work is recognized for my willingness to innovate in the market,’ she added.
‘Some applaud my courage, while others question my motives. But I don’t owe anyone anything.’
The surgery that Elisa underwent is called hymenoplasty, which treats a torn or ruptured hymen, according to Amy Brenner, MD & Associates, a gynecology clinic based in Ohio.
The hymen can tear from the first time a woman has intercourse, or activities such as heavy lifting or riding a bicycle.
The procedure time lasts an hour.

Patients receive local anesthesia and oral sedation.
During the operation, ‘extremely precise incisions’ are made ‘into the vaginal and remnants of the hymeneal ring to bring them into close approximation to allow delicate sutures to hold the tissue in place.’
After having the surgery, patients can ‘return to work the next day,’ however, they should avoid ‘strenuous activities’ for up to six weeks.
The side effects during the first 24 to 28 hours can result in swelling and slight bleeding.
