Lucy Watson showcased her blossoming baby bump in a photograph posted to her Instagram Stories, on Friday.

The pregnant Made In Chelsea star, 32 – who is expecting her first child with husband James Dunmore – looked sensational in a black thong lingerie set.

Lucy also revealed that she is nearing the end of her second trimester as she captioned her upload: ‘Five months growing you,’ with a sweet love heart emoji.

Last month, Lucy revealed she was pregnant with her ‘miracle first child’ with husband James as they holidayed in Mykonos.

She later told how it had been a ‘painful and never-ending’ fertility journey after ‘years of struggling’ to conceive.

More recently, Lucy posted an emotional video ‘acknowledging the pain’ of others struggling with fertility as she opened up about her journey.

Taking to TikTok the reality star vowed to keep talking about the topic as she urged those who want children to get tested if they can.

In her latest update she directed her words at other women going through the same pain as she almost broke down in tears in a candid clip.

She said: ‘Hi I am just here with a little update. I am pregnant which is so surreal to me even at this stage and it’s weird to say it. But I thought I owed it to anyone going through struggles with fertility to do a little video to acknowledge your pain.

‘Sorry I am getting emotional, but I want to acknowledge everyone dealing with fertility issues. If this has been triggering for anyone then I can relate to that a lot.

‘Everyone had been so sweet and I’ve had lots of messages on Instagram from similar people. Fertility problems aren’t spoken about enough and if you’ve had a normal cycles and periods you assume it will happen really quickly for you.

‘I had a few friends going through the same problems at the same time and some had harder journeys than others.

‘I want to do a longer video on all I’ve learnt over the past two years and when I want to learn about something I’m pretty thorough. I’ve seen a lot of specialists and read a lot about this topic so I will do a longer video on that.’

She added: ‘I also wanted to say for people that do want children, if you have the financial option to get testing done then do it sooner rather than later don’t wait until you’re ready to try.

‘There can be so much going on under the surface – this applies to men and women by the way.

‘You can always get a scan or sperm analysis to see where you are now and it doesn’t mean things can’t improve but if things aren’t great you don’t want things to deteriorate you want to take control.

‘That’s my advice I wanted to get out there as it is not spoken about enough, there is so much to be done if there is negative news and the technology is insane now. Knowledge is power.

‘I know not everyone can afford testing but some is available on the NHS if you are persistent, I have to say I’ve learnt the NHS isn’t the best but if you’re persistent they can be really helpful.’

She signed off by saying: ‘I’m not miserable by the way! I’m just emotional and this can be a really hard topic to talk about. I am going to carry on talking about it and help others as much as I can!’

Following her pregnancy reveal last month, she returned to Instagram to host a Q&A with fans about her baby journey, in which she revealed they ‘had their struggles’ over ‘the past few years’ and were faced with ‘bad news after bad news’.

‘We have seen so many specialists over the last few years and there were times when I wasn’t sure if this could ever happen for us. We know there are people out there who have it way worse and for everyone struggling, I see you and feel your pain.’

Lucy and James married in a lavish ceremony in 2021 after meeting on the reality show and in late September revealed they are set to become three.

Fans were keen to know why she had branded their baby ‘a little miracle’ in her announcement post, with one of her 1.1million followers writing: ‘Why did you write miracle baby? Did you struggle to conceive?’

Lucy replied: ‘A lot of people asking this. I genuinely believe every baby is a miracle, but yes we did have our struggles. I think we went into it like most, thinking it would happen easily. It was most definitely not the case for us…

‘We have seen so many specialists over the last few years and there were times when I wasn’t sure if this could ever happen for us. We know there are people out there who have it way worse and for everyone struggling, I see you and feel your pain.’

Lucy was then asked: ‘How many weeks are you?’, to which she revealed: ‘I hope everyone understands I won’t be sharing specific dates but I will say we are having a little Pisces baby,’ meaning her baby is due between February 19 and March 20.

When one fan queried: ‘Will you find out your baby’s gender? Congratulations btw,’ Lucy replied: ‘Thank you. We are finding out very soon and will definitely share at some point! What do you think? Boy or girl?’, while she attached an Instagram poll.

In another search for advice, a follower asked Lucy: ‘How can I support someone who is struggling to conceive?’

She replied: ‘I love this question. It can be a very lonely and depressing time. I know for me it was all-consuming. It can be hard for friends and family to know what to say… I get that…

‘Sometimes too many questions is too much and then not asking at all makes you feel slightly unseen. I think just letting someone know you’re there for them, checking in on how they are feeling…

‘I would avoid saying things like “if you just relax it will happen” or “when you stop thinking about it it will happen”. There kind of things are unhelpful. Also avoiding them or the topic, not nice.

‘People need to know you’re a safe space and they will open up about it if that’s what they want to do.’

On the subject of the pregnancy thus far, a fan asked: ‘Did you have any morning sickness? You look amazing and congratulations.’

She replied: ‘Because of what we’ve been through to get here, I always said I would never be someone who complains when I finally do get pregnant… but wow the 1st trimester. I think I was nauseous/throwing up until about 14 weeks…

‘Everything and I mean EVERYTHING made me feel sick. I literally hated food. I found I could stomach green apples & crackers. I was basically living off apples lol. Baby may come out looking like this’ followed by a green apple emoji.

One follower reached out to Lucy to ask for advice on how to cope, saying: ‘Struggling TTC [Trying to conceive] – any tips? Finding it so so hard.’

Lucy responded: ‘I have soooo much advice on this topic & as a lot of you will know my personality, when I want something (or in this case, someone) I will do everything in my power to get there.

‘I’ve done so much research over the last few years as well as spoken to experts in the field.  I would be happy to share what I’ve learnt, maybe a YouTube video or something. Is this something people would want?’

Lucy spent four years alongside her fellow Sloane Rangers on Made In Chelsea before deciding to start her own vegan restaurant, Tell Your Friends, the jewellery line Creature and a series of cookbooks.

She famously dated the likes of Andy Jordan, Jamie Laing and lothario Spencer Matthews during her time on screens.

Last year James opened up about married life with Lucy in an exclusive chat with MailOnline, following their sun-soaked Seychelles honeymoon.

Lucy and James tied the knot in a romantic Kefalonia ceremony in 2021.
