And on Wednesday, the 30-year-old took a break on the set of the new movie with his co-stars Liam Hemsworth, Chika Ikogwe and Daniel Macpherson.
Burgess was spotted enjoying a meal with his cast members after filming scenes in Queensland.

Burgess is playing the role of Private Cooper in the film, reports The Daily Telegraph.
This isn’t his first film role, as he made his acting debut in 2019 thriller Locusts before landing a role in sci-fi thriller Ascendant in 2021.
Land of Bad is being filmed on the Gold Coast and is set for release sometime in 2023.
Meanwhile, Russell is playing the role of Reaper, an Air Force drone pilot who must try to fix a botched special ops mission in the Philippines.
