Lala Kent kept things cool and casual when she made her first public appearance since revealing that she was pregnant with her second child.

The 33-year-old Vanderpump Rules star displayed a minimalist-chic ensemble as she arrived at the studio in New York City for Tuesday’s broadcast of Watch What Happens Live.

The appearance also appeared to be a sign of support for the show’s host, Andy Cohen, after he was hit with a lawsuit by for allegedly plying Bravo stars with cocaine and using her struggles with alcohol to boost ratings.

Lala was hitting the late-night talk show just hours after she shared a glimpse of a sonogram of her upcoming second child while appearing on Amazon Live.

She looked sleek and stylish in her black jumpsuit, which featured a shallow V-neck and was accentuated her curves.

She contrasted the dark item with a similarly minimalist trench-like beige overcoat with a thin down lining.

The reality star added a touch of luxury to her look with her brown leather Louis Vuitton handbag, and she jazzed up the muted earth tones with a set of red, white and black Air Jordan 1 ‘Homage to Home’ sneakers that were split down the middle with two different colorways.

She completed the low-key look with her feathery blond hair styled straight and parted down the middle.

The relaxed look was only Lala’s going-to-the-studio look, and she revealed her more heavily done-up look later in the evening in her Instagram Stories.

She posted a video of herself backstage after getting her hair styled in gorgeous rippling waves that rested gently on her shoulders, which she kept in place temporarily with pink barrettes.

Lala also showed off a more heavily made-up visage and displayed her best plump pout to highlight her bubblegum-pink lips.

She concluded the short clip by turning in profile to reveal ‘me and my bump.’

She became emotional as she unveiled her unborn baby to the world for the first time.

‘I want to show you the first picture that I’ve seen of my baby, the sonogram,’ she explained to viewers as she wiped away tears.

‘What I’ve gathered from the sonogram is my baby does have a very, very cute nose,’ she continued.

‘The lips are cute, but most importantly, this was my first trimester appointment and the baby looks really, really healthy.

Lala admitted that she doesn’t know the unborn child’s gender yet, before stating that the ‘best part’ of her second pregnancy was not having to deal with the father this time around.

The reality star, who shares daughter Ocean with ex Randall Emmett, conceived using a sperm donor.

‘The best part about my baby daddy is that he does not exist. I have been pretty open about wanting to really have full control of – I guess not my child, but having them around me all the time,’ she said.

‘I went through a really hard time with my past and just with Ocean,’ she continued, before adding, ‘For me, my child will never be up for grabs again.’

Lala surprised fans with the happy news of her second pregnancy on Sunday in an adorable Instagram post with daughter Ocean.

It showed her baring her growing pregnancy belly in a pair of unzipped jeans, as Ocean stood next to her smiling.

‘I’m expanding my pod,’ Lala wrote in the caption, adding, ‘Cheers to a new addition to my little family.’

She reposted the announcement to her Instagram Stories, revealing she would be talking ‘all things pregnancy’ on her podcast.

Following the exciting announcement, her 2.3million friends and followers shared how thrilled they were with the news.

Her Vanderpump Rules co-star Scheana Shay, 38, posted the announcement to her Stories, writing, ‘My heart is very happy today and everyday with y’all in our lives. Congrats @lalakent this baby is soooo lucky already!!!!’

She also commented on the original post writing: ‘ITS ALL HAPPENING!!! Couldn’t be any happier for you. I love you and your family sooooo much!!!’

Her other co-star Brittany Cartwright also re-shared the post, writing, ‘Love you so much!!! Congratulations.’

The red carpet wonder is still seemingly partner-free after dumping her fiancé, controversial Hollywood producer Randall, in 2021 amid allegations he cheated.

In 2022 she also shared the Scheananigans podcast about using a sperm donor: ‘I’m doing a sperm donor, period. I will not even attempt to try and do it a different way. I don’t want another person involved.’

Kent acknowledged that while a ‘partner could come into [her] life’ at any point, she’s ‘not taking the chance’ on co-parenting.

‘There’s such a high chance of it not working out, especially where we live,’ said Kent, who is based out of Los Angeles. ‘Like, I am so scarred from all of this s*** that has happened in my life.’

She then said: ‘It was such a strange thing that was happening because everyone would tell me, “You’re going to find somebody.”

‘And I got to thinking, “Why does my wanting more children need to involve another person?”‘ she explained.

On her advice to other women: ‘If you want children and are only waiting for “that person” to come into your life, let’s talk about a different route that we can take. It’s 2024! There are many ways to have a baby, and you don’t need a man to do it.’

Lala parted ways with her former fiancé in October of 2021, seven months after they welcomed their child, as she said she saw evidence he was unfaithful to her in the relationship.
