How to make M&M’s cookie

INGREDIENTS

1/2 banana

4 tsp self raising flour

1 tsp peanut butter

Mini M&Ms

METHOD

Mash banana in a small bowl using a fork.

Add flour and peanut butter and mix until well combine. Stir in M&M’s.

Shape dough into a round cookie and place on a microwave-safe plate lined with baking paper. Sprinkled more M&M’s on top.

Microwave on high for one minute.

Serve immediately.

To make the dessert, he simply mashed half a banana in a small bowl using a fork.

Next, the founder of Cake Mail mixed four teaspoons of self raising flour and one teaspoon of peanut butter until well combined in a bowl.

He then stirred in the mini M&M’s. Jonny shaped the dough into a round cookie and placed it on a plate lined with baking paper. He sprinkled more M&M’s on top.

‘Put it in the microwave for one minute. And then enjoy,’ Jonny said.

‘Once you make these doughnut balls, you’re going to be wanting to make them every single night,’ he said in the video.

He combined the self-raising flour and yoghurt in a mixing bowl then spooned the soft dough into a Ziplock bag.

A pot of oil was boiled on the stove and the corner of the Ziplock bag was cut to pipe the dough into the hot oil.

The doughnut balls were cooked for three minutes until golden brown then drained and topped with a smooth Lotus Biscoff sauce.
