Singing sensation Adele stepped out on Sunday night at an Oscar’s after party where she was spotted for the first time in months. The singer looked glowing as she posed for a selfie alongside actress friend Amber Chardae Robinson.

Her weight loss was spurred on by a combination of specific menu items including dark chocolate and red wine.

These items are included in the Sirtfood Diet, which the mother-of-one is said to have tested out.

The first stage of the diet sees people cutting down to just 1,000 calories a day.

However, this is only for a short period of time, and afterwards, calorie intake is ramped up to a more sustainable and healthier level.

Later on, the diet also allows for red wine, dark chocolate and chilli as key items.

Adele’s personal trainer Camila Goodis described the first week as “intense”.

She said: “The first week is intense, green juices and only 1,000 calories. She doesn’t look too thin – she looks amazing.”

The singer is also reported to be taking fitness tips from the same expert who helps keep Rihanna and Lady Gaga in shape.

Harley Pasternak was reportedly suggested to Adele by Lady Gaga.

A source told The Sunday Mirror: “Adele is feeling incredible at the moment and her weight loss is due to a lot of things but she is also been getting tips from Harley.

“Lady Gaga told her how brilliant Harley was. And that convinced Adele to get in touch.”

Adele is said to take on 35 minute long workouts, with pilates a firm favourite.
