“I also had to learn to understand food properly, so greasy takeaways and super-sized portions of carb-laden meals were quickly replaced with high protein chicken, fish and healthy fats like coconut oil and avocado.

“Within a matter of weeks, the weight was literally dropping off me, and being able to go out and buy a new wardrobe – for the right reasons this time – gave me the boost I needed to carry on.”

In just 18 months, Leanne had lost weight and dropped down to a healthy clothing size 10/12.

As well as losing weight, the dieter revealed her transformation made her feel healthier.

She added: “Looking back now I can see I had a really unhealthy relationship with food. My issues started when I was in a difficult relationship and eating became a bit of a coping mechanism for me.
