The professional footballer Maya Le Tissier who plays women’s Super League for Manchester United, is not married; she is young and focused on her career.

Tissier hasn’t shared any pictures that would describe her romantic life on her social networking sites; she goes by the handle @mayaletissier on Instagram and has made attachments relating to her lifestyle as an athlete.

Most of her photos on social media are from her matches and achievements. Although she hasn’t posted pictures with her partner, Maya has shared some of the moments she spent with her friends and teammates.

Maya entered her early adulthood earlier this year; born in 2002 in Guernsey, Guernsey, she turned 20 on the 18th of April 2022.

The footballer grew up playing the sport with boys, but she has yet to reveal if she fell in love with anyone on the way to using a professional career.

Tissier is currently thriving to pursue her goal and invests her valuable time to train and become a better version of herself than she was the day before. Furthermore, she lives her dream with her family and friends by doing what she loves; playing football.

Matthew is a former professional footballer who spent his entire professional club career with Southampton. He is the second-highest-ever scorer for Southampton, losing first place to Mick Channon.

Moreover, the former footballer was the 1st midfielder to make 100 goals in the Premier League. Following his retirement, he worked as a panelist on Soccer Saturday, a Sky Sports show, till 2020.

Matt Le Tissier Family And Children

Matt tied the know with his childhood sweetheart Cathy and welcomed two kids together, Mitchell and Keeleigh. 

However, they didn’t have a fairy tale ending; they divorced in 1997. Following their split, Mitchell & Keeleighmoved back to Guernsey.

After separating from Cathy, he dated the Emmerdale and Home and Away actress Emily Symons. It was one of his most high-profile relationships, which ended after some time.

Later, Tissier met his now-wife Angela Nabulsi; the couple had a small wedding ceremony in April 2008. Furthermore, the former footballer and Angela have gotten blessed with a daughter named Ava.

Maya is the daughter of the former semi-professional footballer Darren who played for St. Martins A.C; he played with Matt when he was young.

She fell in love with football thanks to Darren, who always watched him play while growing up; the elder Tissier introduced her to the boys he coached when she was four, and she joined the squad. 

Her dad coached her early on until she trained under Hope Powell; the former footballer has always been supportive and helped her develop her physical and playing skills to ace the game.

Likewise, the WSL player is also very attached to her mom and grandparents; she is always grateful to have them by her side and often posts their pictures on her social media, expressing her gratitude.

Tissier is a 20 years old footballer who played boys’ football at St. Martins AC from four until she turned 16. 

She also flew to Hampshire twice a month for two years so that she could play for the county team when she was 13. Furthermore, the athlete made her senior debut at 16 in the League Cup before playing for WSL action against Chelsea.

Maya never got phased while defending one of the best midfielders, Ji So-Yun, and she is thankful for the opportunity; she shared it was a great experience.  

Moreover, the footballer was one of the brightest prospects in the WSL and got nominated for the 2022 PFA Women’s Young Player of the Year. She signed a 3-year contract with Manchester United on the 20th of July 2022 and made her club debut on the 17th of September 2022.

Likewise, the athlete captained the England under-15 women’s national team and made it to the 2019 UEFA Women’s Under-17 Championship after leading its qualification team. She also competed in the England women’s national under-19 and under-23.
