She vowed to change the way people think when it comes to their toxic habits and getting over any insecurities.
And it seems Love Island’s Liberty Poole is doing just that when she posted a stunning picture of herself on Friday.
The reality star and model, 23, could be seen in a plunging white dress, which showed off her ample cleavage and toned arms.
She appeared happy and healthy, laughing and looking carefree while she sat on a swing.
Her 1.4 million followers flooded to the comment section to compliment her.

The post comes after Liberty recently revealed she has gained weight since appearing on the ITVBe show but is learning to accept it.
She posted a series of images showcasing her weight changing since the show and revealed that she felt the need to edit her photos – despite being a size 6/8 – to the point where she no longer recognised herself.
In the first image she can be seen in a black cut away swimsuit, the in the second she posted a side by side comparison and penned: ‘Please appreciate this is a really scary thing for me to post …

Slide 2 is me 8 months prior to going on love island I was around size 6-8 the left picture is unedited the one to the right is what I posted on my instagram. I couldn’t find the exact picture to match as this was 2 1/2 years ago.’
She went on to say: ‘It’s scary to think I didn’t see how severe I was editing my pictures from decreasing my waist to this size and don’t get me wrong I love a tan but the fact I felt the need to edit it on to my body and completely change my skin tone I look back and think it’s so unhealthy.

‘My point is it’s really not about how skinny we are or how big we are or what we look like ect it’s about self acceptance’.
The reality personality, who appeared on series seven, recently confessed she was ‘tempted’ to edit a bikini snap to ‘lift her natural boobs and shrink her bloating’, but then decided she wanted to show off her normal body and squash beauty standards.
She said: ‘Still to this day I feel like I stand out and I’m a bit different, but I want to encourage girls to embrace themselves and be a positive role model on social media.’
Following the brave admission, Liberty set up a mini IGTV series titled ‘Second Skin’ which allows her followers to spread love and positivity and to talk about the issues they are worried to face.
